DEFENDING HUMAN RIGHTS TO SAVE & ENRICH THE LIVES OF THE HOMELESS, IMPOVERISHED, IMPRISONED & SUFFERING
OUR MESSAGE:
TO THE IMPOVERISHED, HOMELESS, PERSECUTED
AND ENSLAVED AMERICANS
&
THE GOVERNMENT THAT HAS FAILED
AND BETRAYED US
First and foremost, our sincerest compassion goes out to those that are currently homeless or have ever been.
Though we may not be blood related, to us, we acknowledge and embrace all equally in love and solidarity against the ever-growing persecution and reckless disregard for homeless lives and others who are suffering needlessly.
Many of us know abuse and felt its powerful effects, scarring us, leaving us clinging to negative thoughts and feelings.
Our thoughts, conduct, even our lives are severely impacted by abuse; embracing feelings of betrayal, unworthiness, anger, hatred, persecution, being unloved… many more emotions from these horrors repeat themselves as we look back on them.
Pain- seen as a common bond no matter the type of abuse- makes us want to escape, numb, repress its grip on us.
We turn to abusing others, or ourselves, digging our heels deep into addictions to dull the ache.
However, we also know that many of us have experienced, felt, or witnessed pain from abuse become a major affector to change and healing in many lives, even their own.
We have all survived abuse in one form or another.
Even though our paths may differ, we must stand together for the healing and betterment of humanity.
We must be defenders of the rights every individual on this planet deserves.
We must be human rights defenders, speaking out against abuses and flagrant violations to these rights.
Only then, perhaps, can the world become a better place.
The information on this web site was created in the interest of defending human rights, public safety, to educate the public and bring reform concerning unconstitutional laws and practices which are operating contrary to public safety and interest and are the moving force of gross human rights violations.
Anyone who uses this information contained in or accessed through this Website to commit a crime or to threaten, intimidate, or harass any individual, including but not limited to defenders of human rights, homeless advocates and those who required required to register under various penal codes., or who otherwise misuses this information may be subject to criminal prosecution or civil liability under federal and/or state law.

OUR MINISTRY IS A DULY

501 (C) 3.
EIN 83-4112735
Our Ministry is managed and operated by Homeless (unhoused) individuals or those formally Homeless.
We are Human Rights Defenders.
We Advocate against inhumane treatment and human rights violations, from within penal institutions, to that of the impoverished and homeless under Federal and State systems that are duty bound by law to care for and restore its dependents to self-sufficiency and care, but systemically have failed to.
FREEDOM FROM AMERICAN PERSECUTION
We believe in the right of each individual to seek asylum from persecution.
Throughout the world, many countries require asylum seekers to pursue their process in a foreign country.
We feel this "iron curtain" requirement violates human rights as follows:
First, it provides no due process or rational alternative for those asylum seekers who are unable to travel due to poverty and/or disability.
Secondly, it provides no due process or rational alternative for those asylum seekers who have had their right to travel impeded upon by Federal and State agents through threats, intimidation, false arrest, detainment, or to deny one their passport.
As such, we advocate for countries to re-examine this asylum process requirement and make amendments immediately to rectify this human rights violation.
It serves no government interest to not establish a policy for such individual asylum seekers to be granted asylum prior to their entry into another country. In perpetuating these gross oversights, this yields disparity in that only the rich can afford to travel and pay to seek citizenship elsewhere- let alone get out of most any crime, it seems.
We envision awakened people who, as a nation and world,
will rise up in solidarity, unity, and in triumphant rebirth
from the ashes of captivity,
to pure universal compassion for true world change.
To awaken, empower, and advance global maturation by developing viable and sustainable standards to save our planet and its’ inhabitants from needless want and suffering.
· We believe that governments/states should recognize the right to housing and shelter as basic human rights and protect these rights.
We believe that governments/states should recognize the right to housing first, over funding for shelters as basic human rights and protect these rights.
· We believe homelessness is the result of governments’ systemic failing to implement the right to housing and adopting a "housing first policy."
· We believe that poverty is the result of governments’ systemic failures.
· We believe homeless individuals should be a protected class under governments’ constitutional laws.
· We believe that the act of government/state agencies in depriving citizens of housing and shelter are gross human rights violations.
· We believe that any ruling government, by right, owes its’ citizens a duty to complete transparency and oversight of local, state, and federal governments and tax-exempt agencies.
· Churches and other religious entities should truly be separated, transparent, operated independently, autonomous, and in no way be subordinate to the civil government.
· We believe that states which pay less than minimum wage in institutional facilities are practicing a form of slavery. This is especially true, giving that:
*New legislation would allow military service in lieu of prison time, so I guess a prisoner could avoid prison by military service, while others are not good enough to make minimum wage.
*Prison firefighters die on their job for such a heroic and dangerous job,
*Individual prisoners owe thousands of dollars in collection debts, restitutions, child support. If they were able to pay off debts while in prison, it will afford greater means of success upon release (significantly lowering recidivism rate of prison return) by giving them life's basic necessities (shelter and housing) which they are otherwise impeded on acquiring (e.g., vehicle, housing & RV rentals and purchases due to poor credit scores.
· We believe the practice of using taxpayers' money to pay towards any pension of any congress member who has been convicted of a felony is unjust and unlawful.
· We believe in living sustainably as stewards to our planet and its biodiversity, holding nature (and all life) as valuable and sacred.
· We believe that through sustainable development that the world’s housing crisis, homelessness, and poverty can be severely alleviated and/or eradicated.
These beliefs listed do not encompass the entirety of our ministry's mindset. Nor are they required to be embraced as a whole.
Nor should they be used as an impediment for those truly seeking true world change in ending poverty, homelessness, and needless suffering.
In 2010, the Obama Administration declared the vision of Opening Doors to be centered on the belief that “no one should experience homelessness, no one should be without a safe, stable place to call home.”
As a homeless person, I have lived on the sidewalks on the streets Downtown ("The Bottoms"), San Diego, without a true safe, stable place to call “home”, in daily fear of police harassment, loss of personal property, attack and felt hopeless and uncared for.
There I met and spoke and helped as I could (.e.g., homeless outreach assistance, gathering information,
or just a listening a compassionate ear to listen to all their pain and suffering they shared).
Whether caused by abuse that they have experienced in their own life, or in effort to escape the pain of abuse within their own lives, I personally witnessed the many broken, lost and/or stuck in a downward spiral of drugs and/or alcohol homeless individuals.
Many have lost trust from betrayal from institutions and/or individuals who have failed to make a true difference in their beautiful life’s.
Many embrace the belief that no one truly cares for them or can truly bring betterment into their life’s.
As a result they are silent on their issues.
There pain and suffering, as well as that within my own life drove me to make a difference within my own life, but in so many lives.
I TRULY CARE FOR ALL THOSE SUFFERING IN HOMELESS AND POVERTY, AND BELIEVE IN EACH OF YOU TO FIND THAT LIGHT, THAT LOVE, WITHIN YOU TO SHINE FOR YOUR BETTER PRESENCE AND FUTURE.
I AM WITH YOU.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
YOU ARE CARED FOR.
YOU MATTER.
ALL LIVES MATTERS
TOGETHER, WE CAN MAKE TRUE WORLD CHANGE WITHIN OUR OWN LIVES, BUT IN SO MANY OTHERS.
If You Ever Need A Compassionate & Listening Heart, whether you are feeling down and out. lonely, sad, or just need to talk to someone as a true friend, please feel free to call me on my direct number (619) 695-3369.
Please understand that If I don't answer directly, it is because I am at my part time retail job (until I can raise funds through website content and designing, logo design, audio production (Recording and Producing (Pro Tools and Logic Pro experienced), and art designs, so please leave a message with your name and number and I will reach out to as soon as possible.
With Unconditional Love,
Karina
Despite the personal hardships that I have experienced and endured in my own life, including but not limited to being raised in a dysfunctional family, placed in state care as a child and suffered drug addiction throughout my life, and experienced chronic homelessness,
I am devoted to touching and changing the lives of others.
I believe in ultimate forgiveness and the power within each of us to make catalyst change for betterment, not only within our own lives, but in the lives of others.
“Alone”
-EDGAR ALLAN POE
From childhood’s hour I have not been
As others were—I have not seen
As others saw—I could not bring
My passions from a common spring—
From the same source I have not taken
My sorrow—I could not awaken
My heart to joy at the same tone—
And all I lov’d—I lov’d alone—
Then—in my childhood—in the dawn
Of a most stormy life—was drawn
From ev’ry depth of good and ill
The mystery which binds me still—
From the torrent, or the fountain—
From the red cliff of the mountain—
From the sun that ’round me roll’d
In its autumn tint of gold—
From the lightning in the sky
As it pass’d me flying by—
From the thunder, and the storm—
And the cloud that took the form
(When the rest of Heaven was blue)
Of a demon in my view—

The first kitty to steal our hearts in May 2020 was Cali. Having seen an ad on Craigslist where someone was offering kittens from a litter, Karina's husband attempted (but failed) a surprise reveal. Her name could have been "Pretty Babies" but Cali won out.
Cali is the troublemaker of the quintet, often being where she shouldn't be. Her curiosity doesn't help, either...
She loves laying on the lap of whoever will let her at the moment, chirping when asked if she loves one or both of us!
Cali loves going outside on a harness and leash to explore and will constantly go by the door and meow to express this desire.
She and the others love peering out the windows to see the birds and other activities outside, meaning our curtains have taken a beating!
She is a daddy's girl, though she is warming up to Karina more recently. Cali is a bit of an introverted cat, and prefers her solitude, making her wishes known quite clearly if you push her buttons.
Tia joined the fray about a year after Cali, in July of 2021. A successful surprise this time, her name was chosen when Karina started saying some options out loud, and the little kitty rolled over and started purring when hearing the name, "Tia Dalma". We call her Tia for short, and boy was she living up to the name before she was snipped!
She would hide often and this was the reason for many potential panic attacks as the whole place would be practically moved around to find her. As time has passed, though, she has started to come out of her shell!
Tia is a shy kitty who tends to keep to herself but has her loving, attention-seeking days. She likes her privacy but loves coming out to seek attention- on her terms! When we try to pick her up against her will, her squeaks and struggles make you quickly let her back down.
Tia has her hands- well paws- full attempting to keep the sisters and Tivali in line. That said, she too gets her moments of playfulness and joins whoever may be zooming around in their chaos!
This beautiful black kitty came into Karina’s life one weekend in late February 2024 when a friend had inquired if she and her husband would watch her for a few days. This friend had another cat, a sister, but only wanted one and needed a break from having both around. Agreeing, they went after Karina got off work to collect the little void, bringing her to the trailer to meet the other four.
Almost instantly, this little one made her home on Karina’s bed, contentedly purring when affection would be doted on her. Overnight, Karina fell in love, and so the next day, we asked the friend if we could just keep her. This excited our friend, as her daughter was originally going to take the kitty in but had not. The sad thing is, this kitty came close to being abandoned at another campground Karina and her husband also frequented. It was only a matter of days and several choices considered before choosing Tivali- the name of Cleopatra’s cat, meaning ‘gift of the gods.’
As Tivali has gotten used to life among four other cats, she has blossomed into a crazy ball of chaos at times, but a lover at others. Being all black, she is the world champion at hide and seek (sorry Tia, but someone has taken that title from you) and scavenging (Tangie may have lost her title on this one). To a degree, she is a bit of a troublemaker like Cali or Foxie, though Cali still reigns supreme here.
With soft fur, a cute squeak/chirp combo, and the thickest tail on a normal cat Karina has seen, Tivali is one cat that is hard to stay mad at.
Tangie and her sister Foxie were playing together when we went to see some kittens offered on Facebook in August of 2022. They were being kept in a chicken coop which had feces everywhere. The choice was hard, as Karina was torn between the two. The owner sold us two for one ($20), sadly commenting to his wife that people weren't coming to get kittens.
Tangie is the lovebug of the group, always seeking attention (and snacks) from anyone around. She loves plastering herself to your side at night and exercises her insta-purr motor often. It's also not a rarity to see her sleeping or getting distracted from something and winding up with a bit of a blep going! So cute!
Taking after Tia, Tangie isn't always up for being held but loves to perch on your shoulders or just lay in your lap. She, like Cali, loves her outdoor time, exploring the big world outside her home.
This little kitty has a big appetite- she's always wrapping around the feet of anyone making food, begging for scraps or just a taste of what's being made. She's quite the little scavenger, and her sister is alongside her!
After we brought Foxie and Tangie home, it wasn't long before the plight the sisters had been in stirred something up... Karina wanted to create a sanctuary for cats to live, free from feces-covered coops or other poor living conditions, where they could be cared for and loved for their entire lives.
Instantly curious, Foxie started exploring her new surroundings. Her sister, more shy at first, took a little longer to blossom into her current self.
Foxie is a feisty youngster who loves being held, brushed, and (when she feels like it) playing fetch with a toy mouse!
She loves to roughhouse with her sister, Tangie. Foxie takes after Cali in some ways, getting in trouble often enough to earn the nickname, "Cali Jr."
Foxie seems to have two personalities- the lovebug side, or her chaotic "wild-hair-up-her-butt" status. The latter usually riles her sister up, and the two will zoom back and forth, tumbling and wrestling. This has led to scratches on anyone who happens to be in their way.
Currently, Cali is the only one fully vaccinated, while Tangie, Foxie, and Tivali have had some of their various series, and have been microchipped. Tia still needs any shots. All five are spayed already. We are trying various treatments to eliminate and prevent fleas and potential worms in one.
Funds would contribute to the continued care of our feline mascots and any emergency medical care they may need.
As time passes and the cat sanctuary comes to fruition, these funds will be used for any other feline friends joining us!
Please include whether the funds are for medical care, the sanctuary, or any other aspect you wish to aid.
AMA-GI
ECO-VILLAGES (FREEDOM ECO-VILLAGES)
Government leaders throughout the world, despite having resources available to them, have systemically failed for decades to take true measures to end poverty and homelessness. In doing so, they have recklessly disregarded their duties under law to protect and care for adult dependents who are left homeless to die on the streets without shelter or housing.
Recognizing the ever growing and continued reckless endangerment of society’s most vulnerable citizens by our government leaders, we seek to procure land to develop the world’s first tiny-town eco-village (Ama-gi eco-village) for unhoused poverty-stricken individuals, created by homeless people for homeless people.
Ama-gi is a Sumerian[1] word written 𒂼𒄄 ama-gi or 𒂼𒅈𒄄 ama-ar-gi. It has been translated as "freedom", as well as "manumission," “exemption from debts or obligations," and "the restoration of persons and property to their original status," including the remission of debts. Other interpretations include a "reversion to a previous state," and release from debt, slavery, taxation, or punishment.
As humans, prone to error, being fallible and corruptible, we recognize that individuals fall, struggle, get lost, and need true acceptance and understanding. These people need to be supported by actions that promote habilitation and empowerment.
Embracing such, we seek those who treat all equally and fairly, irrespective of one’s religion, political stances, sexuality, gender orientation, ethnicity, disability, circumstances, or pasts (holding no judgement on any), as everyone can change and better their lives and the lives of others.
We seek those who believe in discovering and cultivating the existing creative blessings of music, art, talents and gifts, within their own lives, and in the lives of others.
We seek those who embrace nature (and all life) as valuable and sacred.
Who wish to live sustainably as stewards to, and in harmony with, our planet and its biodiversity, and their fellow beings.
In doing so, we believe can alleviate the world’s poverty stricken, unhoused and unsheltered crisis, through sustainable development.
