LOVE POETRY

Love is internal, love is too cosset.

Love is something special that you'll never regret 

To commiserate the problems that we must face, when life seems hopeless and out of place.

The heart and its withering seasons,

The trials that we face seemingly for no reason.

Love is a word that means so much.

Nor can it be fully expressed with someone's touch,

For the bounds of love flow from within,

To unify two hearts together so true love can begin.

I dreamt I was walking down the beach on a warm sun shiny day, 

the sunset stood still in the distant far away.

I felt the warm breeze gently caressing my skin, as the warmth of the sand gently squeezed between my toes,

As I looked out upon the sunset and felt the waves unit together to harmoniously flow.

As I continued to walk my eyes could not dismiss, to notice in the golden sand, an object shining with great brilliance.

I then knelt down, grabbed the object in my hand

And free it off gently of all sand.

My eyes were amazed to see,

A golden lamp inlaid with precious jewels of beauty.

But incomparable to my hearts true love destiny

I then said oh genie come forth and grant me one wish

I beseech you to unite me with my true love that I miss

I then awake in bed to find myself looking at a mural of my dream hanging from my bedroom wall

I then sadly thought it was no more than a dream

All of a sudden, I felt a gentle breeze upon my cheek,

Turning over, I was pleased to see,

It was my true love lying next to me.
